2008 Detroit Auto Show















North American International Auto Show holds media previews from Sunday, Jan. 13, through Tuesday, Jan. 15, at Cobo Arena in downtown Detroit.

World automakers will unveil more than 50 new production and concept models, executives will discuss industry prospects
in a challenging year for the U.S. economy, and analysts will assess the outlook.

8:30-8:55 a.m. - Lincoln press briefing.
9:05-9:30 a.m. - Cadillac/General Motors press briefing.
Vice chairman Bob Lutz.
9:40-10:10 a.m. - Maserati news conference (marcel)

10:45 a.m. - Automotive entrepeneur Malcolm Bricklin showing
off plug-in hybrid prototype.

10:50-11:15 a.m. - Toyota press briefing.

11:25-11:50 a.m. - Changfeng press briefing.

12:35-1:00 p.m. - Saturn/GM press briefing. Head of North
American operations Troy Clarke.
1:10-1:40 p.m. - Ferrari news conference.
1:45-2:10 p.m. - Chrysler press briefing.
2:20-2:45 p.m. - Mazda press briefing.
3:30-3:55 p.m. - Geely Motors press briefing.
4:00 pm-6:00 p.m. - Presidential candidates Mitt Romney, Mike Huckabee and John McCain make walkthrough visits of Auto
